Netsuite Integration

Netsuite you say. How would you see it basically? :)

I think similar to the Salesforce/Zendesk integrations. There's really 2 places for it:

 

Support ( this would be more important for us). Much like the ZD integration, we would love to be able to either do a chat from a company record or a case, or click a button and have the transcript of the chat attached to the case record. Or both :)

Sales (less of a big deal for us, but I'm sure important to others). basically allow a chat to be attached to the opportunity, company or contact.

 

Netsuite's API is less fun than, say, Zendesk. A company that I know specializes in making such integrations is Cazoomi. For what it's worth.

 

I know LivePerson has an integration (but we don;t want to use them). Here's some info there:

I have a client who uses NetSuite.  They'd like to do as Mike suggests, attaching chats to NS records.
