CSS customization of chat window

We would love to see the following customizations available:
1. picture backgrounds for chat windows and chat buttons
2. Removal of the agent picture in the chat window but retain the logo or graphic on the right-hand side.

can you please explain what do you mean by 'picture background' for chat button?
I think we would rather implement a complete CSS customization instead of just removing part of the current chat window or adding background. As for now, this feature would be offered in a distant future though.
A CSS customization of the window would be great, we would definitly use that.
I changed the name of this feature request to keep it more clear. Let's see what other users think about it.
I REALLY need this option.... 2. Removal of the agent picture in the chat window but retain the logo or graphic on the right-hand side.
Would be nice to be able to "make the logo/graphic fill the entire bar across the top (or atleast shift to the left side) and remove the Operator Picture."
The CSS customization of the chat window (both embedded chat and pop up chat window) are now ready and available! :)
