LiveChat
In iOS sound settings there's actually a difference between changing sound settings for phone/system notifications and for sound in the applications. So if you turn down or turn off the sound in another app, LiveChat notifications will also be off or quiet.
Anyway, we will have a look into that and see what we can do.
