What is FreshBooks?

FreshBooks is an online invoicing software as a service created by 2ndSite Inc. The integration allows you to notify your clients of a created invoice and encourages them to view the invoice as well.

How to integrate FreshBooks with LiveChat?

Simply visit your LiveChat control panel under http://panel.livechatinc.com and find FreshBooks under Settings > Add-ons & Extras. To start using LiveChat with FreshBooks, you must simply provide your FreshBooks URL.
