Do you find yourselves overwhelmed multitasking, and missing  the popup that answers an incoming chat by a breath? Fear not. I have prepared a quick guide for you, which shows how you can prolong the popup time! In addition, I'll let you know how to loop your ringer!

This guide is designed for LiveChat for Windows Operators.

Open up your LiveChat app, go to Settings > Notifications > pick one and hit Edit. You will see a window similar to the one on the right.

1) Popup Notification

- Change the Hide after value to a higher number. If you set i.e. 60 seconds, it will stay up for a minute until you click it.

2) Sound Notification

- Change the Repeat sound every # seconds value to a higher number. It will loop until you pick up.
