  • Fixed: Create conferences in separate groups per day instead keeping only "Today" group.
  • Fixed: Do not create new conference on the list when visitor arrives once again or is being transferred back.
  • Fixed: Do not deliver offline messages to any conferences with offline operator, but only to 1-on-1 conferences.
  • Fixed: Inverse order for time on site & page interval values on the visitor list.
  • Fixed: It may happen that server sends us new conference id for 1-on-1 operator conference.
  • Fixed: Keywords were not visible when referrer's URL was not 100% RFC compliant.

  • Fixed: Unread events badge remained after log out.
  • Fixed: Update conference list when contact state changes, so the 1-to-1 conference icon reflects contact state.
  • Fixed: Use conversation "Title" instead of "Name" term for conversations list column.
  • Fixed: When closing and re-opening 1-on-1 chats, conversation was not visible on the list.

Hey! We've upgraded Mac 1.1 for you. I'm proud to present Mac 1.1.1!

This 1.1.1 version brings stability fixes and some new features:

  • New: FreshBooks integration
  • New: Word-wrap for long links or sentences so no horizontal sliders appear in chat window.
  • New: Auto-away is now controlled by the server. Server now remembers last status.
  • New: Reconnect on any network error.
  • Changed: Renamed Contacts to Operators.
  • Changed: Sharper history toolbar icon
  • Fixed: Typo for Department, display Department instead of Group in operator properties.
  • Fixed: Send proper local network address upon login.
  • Fixed: Missing Win7 Mobile platform icon
  • Fixed: Show mobile icon for mobile only users.
  • Fixed: Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard support for chat toolbar
  • Fixed: You may now remove members from conferences with client.
  • Fixed: Disable block client checkbox when operator has no right.

  • Fixed: Properly detect incoming all 1-on-1 conversations, including resumed multi-session ones.

Version 1.1.4 has been released today. It is a maintenance release bringing server compatibility fixes:

  • Fixed: Random connection reset during logon process
  • Changed: Removed invisible status which is no longer supported.
  • New: Support for distributed server architecture
  • New: Application should be now more proof against transmission errors.

Version 1.1.5 has been released today. It is also a maintenance release with following fixes and enhancements:

  • Fixed: Impossible to log in if email contains some characters like plus sign
  • Fixed: Spelling for "Invitations" in various places in UI
  • Fixed: Broken information & history tabs look in visitor properties
  • Changed: Never popup when client is just typing (sneak-peek).
  • New: Support for automatic integration icons download
