When Mac version update?

I am almost 1000sold on LiveChat but my only reluctance is that we do not use Windows, yet all of the functionality that attracts me to your service is all under the windows application. Do you guys have any plans to add all of the missing features such as canned responses to the Mac app?

We are just finishing the tests of new Mac version. It includes canned responses and much more windows application features. It should be published very soon here http://www.livechatinc.com/en/overview/live-chat-for-mac-os-x/.
