Update a Ticket in Zendesk with a chat Transcript

If a conversation with a customer requires further action, it would be good to convert this chat to a support ticket in ZenDesk with the chat history attached etc

Also could there be a way to update a existing support ticket with a chat?

Both creating the ticket off the chat session and updating the existing support ticket are available.
