File Transfer with Visitors

It should be possible to transfer files. This will make patch sending (operators->Visitors), sending examples (Visitors->operators) much easier.

Displaying link to the file download in the customer chat window?

I think the possibility of sending files directly in chat window would be very helpful. It coudl be somethign to consider for future versions of Live Chat.
