Hey there!

Joseph from www.Sigone.com helped out today with a workaround, enabling our SugarCRM integration to work with Multiple accounts! It is a viable solution only for Siler/Gold Sugar OnDemand!

"We are creating a default user for LiveChat on our master corporate SugarCRM account. The link will include the skill level. The skill level will trigger a workflow rule. The workflow rule will send the chat to the apprpriate SugarCRM installation.
It won't have a high level of integration -- will basically be a simple "archive" to the contact or lead -- based on the archive script --
We will see if that works. It is a viable solution only for Siler/Gold Sugar OnDemand customers due to the nature of the Enterprise deployment."
