Chat window and offline message form customization

Hello,

we just started using livechat in our website. is there a way to customize the look (css style) of chat window or offline message window?

Hi Fenya,

the CSS of the chat window cannot be changed at the moment- what we have is more like a WYSIWYG editor in the Control Panel (https://panel.livechatinc.com) under Settings-> Chat Window and Settings-> Offline Messages.

We like the WYSIWYG but would really love a CSS option too.
