Hey there,

Here's a quick way for you as a Supervisor to take over an important chat from another CSR.

1. Once in your Online Visitors tab (application), double click on the ongoing chat
2. Click Join Conference
3. Choose the desired Operator, Remove From Conference.

This way the chat's all yours!
