You may find it useful to place a LiveChat Button both in your header, and your footer. This way your website's visitor will be assured that he may contact you from any place on the page. To accomplish such a task, please follow these instructions:

1.  To support two and more buttons on one page, you'll need to generate multiple unique codes.
2. Log in to your Control Panel, go here: https://panel.livechatinc.com
3. Follow to Install > Chat button
4. After generating one, either refresh the page, or change any element, than change it back again, and use the new code. The trick is not to copy exactly the same session right on top of the same page multiple times.
