Hey there,
Have you started a trial licence, but purchased another one, and now cannot log in using your every day e-mail address? Here's the solution for you:
Remember that you're deleting the Operator from the disposable licence, not the purchased one.
1. Go to the https://panel.livechatinc.com > Operators
2. Add a New Operator and set him as an Administrator. The e-mail you use as the login isn't important. Type xyz@zyx.yxz if you like :)
3.Pass the ownership to the New Operator through - https://panel.livechatinc.com/account
4. Log out. Log in using the New Operator's Account
5. Delete your old, important account
Now you'll be able to add the e-mail to the working licence!
