Hey there,
This one is about branding LiveChat to suit your website's design. Don't forget - your Logo matters! Here's what you can do:
1) Change the Logo
2) Color the Window
3) Edit chat export privileges and sound notification
4) Add pictures of Operators
5) Resize the Window
6) Display custom Chat Buttons and Invitations
7) Change textual content of the Window
Here's how:
ad. 1, 2, 3 - Change the Logo, Color, and Export privileges
1. Log in to your Control Panel. Go here: https://panel.livechatinc.com
2. Follow to Settings > Chat Window
3. Hover your mouse indicator over any given element and click. It will enable you to color the chat window.
4. Click on the print/save/sound notification to make them unavailable to the visitor
5. Save Changes. These apply for the specified Skill of course
ad. 4 - Change the operator's picture
1. Log in to your Control Panel. Go here: https://panel.livechatinc.com
2. Follot to Operators. Click on any of them. Below you will find pictures
3. You may choose from our gallery, or click Upload. This will enable you to use your own pictures!
4. Save Changes
ad. 5 - Resize the Window
1. Log in to your Control Panel. Go here: https://panel.livechatinc.com
2. Follow to Dashboard > Website Integration > Click-to-Chat button. Click Advanced
3. Set the Window Size
4. It applies to Windows Opened via the Click-to-Chat Button assigned to the specified Skill
ad. 6 - Custom Click-to-Chat buttons and Invitations
Branding Buttons:
1. Log in to your Control Panel. Go here: https://panel.livechatinc.com
2. Follow to Dashboard > Website Integration > Click-to-Chat button
3. Upload your Graphic button (a .jpg file will do), or choose one from our gallery
4. The generated Button Code will recognize the newly selected button. You may add it to your page.
Branding Invitations:
1. Log in to your Control Panel. Go here: https://panel.livechatinc.com
2. Follow to Settings > Invitations
3. Upload a graphic (.jpg will do) for your Standard, and Personal Invitations. You can also choose from the gallery.
4. Remember! The Personal Invitation contains a text field, and the Operator's picture.
5. You may do the same for your Triggers (Settings > Triggers > Add Trigger > Display Chat Invitation > Upload)
ad. 7 - Textual Content of the Chat Window
1. Log in to your Control Panel. Go here: https://panel.livechatinc.com
2. Follow to Settings > Languages
3. Edit the Language you use primarily
4. These fields contain elements you will see within the chat window. You may edit them to suit your style
5. You can also edit Chat surveys and Offline Messages. To do so follow to either Settings > Chat Surveys, or Settings > Offline Messages. Here you may add specified fields.
