Create a ticket in ZenDesk using a chat transcript for several e-mails channels

The problem with the current implementation is that we have to send all chat transcripts to a default ZenDesk email address. Most users (like us) have several ZenDesk email channels (ie US Support, Europe Support, Asia Support, etc). We need the ability to control which ZenDesk email channel we send the chat transcript to in order to create the ticket.

This isn't available yet. We're discussing such an improvement and eventually will release it. No ETA yet though.
