Hello there,

Here's a quick one to show you how to change the description (Support Operator) right next to your CSR's photo in the chat window.

How to do this:

1. Log in to your panel. Go here: https://panel.livechatinc.com
2. Follow through Settings > Languages > Edit your English (or preferred) language
3. Find the Support operator field (on Chat window > page 2) - edit the description
4. After refreshing the window, the Support Operator signature will be changed
