Question field is not forwarded to client chat window

I am using 3 fields for the Pre-chat survey: Name, email and question.  (the reason I am using the question field is because in case the client does not wait for a free operator and disconnects, I have still got his email and question saved and can answer him later via email.)

When the client fills out all the fields and is forwarded to the operator he gets to the screen where the operator says: "Hello xxx. How may I help you?" 
After the operator is saying this the client should see the question he already filled out at the pre-chat survey screen. 
The client, however, only sees the question "How may I help you" from the operator. Thinking the operator did not get his question, he writes his initial question again. This is really confusing and annoying for clients. Please fix this ASAP.

Currently we are not planning to add such feature however I think I might have a solution for you. You can customize this welcome message just for your purposes, for example you can add a sentence "Your query has been forwarded". You can do it in https://panel.livechatinc.com/ > Settings > Languages > English (or any other language) > Welcome Tab > Welcome_to_chat.
