Concurrent Seats - How does the licence model work?

Ready to start using LiveChat, but not sure what you're paying for? Here's an explanation!

Basic, Premium and Pro differ ONLY by the total concurrent log-in number of Operators. Feature-wise the plans remain the same - keep it simple, as we say!

The total no. of Operator seats is the total concurrent log-in number. The Pro plan i.e. can host up to 10 simultaneously logged in agents, but this does not exclude keeping additional Operators set up, ready to sign in when the shift changes.

An Operator is a person logged in regardless of role (So Operator, Supervisor and Administrator are equals).

One operator can handle any number of conversations, displayed in separate tabs or windows. Administrators have the ability to set a cap on this number. Afterwards new visitors will be placed in a queue, or directed to the Offline Form, depending on setup. A common standard is a max of 5 conversations per operator – this definitely beats a phone line!
