Hello, we went through a recent exercise to choose a remote connection software that we could use to connect to our consumer and business customers, especially when no amount of phone or livechat help will work, and it seems that a remote connection may help speed up the resolution process.

We did consider Logmein Rescue, however Logmein is quite an expensive solution compared to other similar solutions out there. We decided on TEAMVIEWER CORPORATE - and it has proven a very good solution for us.

Now that we are using Livechat, we would really love it if integration could be developed to allow teamviewer remote connection from within Livechat! That would be simply amazing, and I hope other customers out there use Teamviewer, and would like to see this too.
