Is there a way to see what chat operator is talking to which visitor?

hi,

I would like to know if there is a way in the application to see which operator is handiling which chats? I do not want to supervise the chat but would like to see who is talking to who.

You can add operators to the Online Vistors columns. Just right click Name/Host>columns.

Yup, like Greg explained, that's already possible in both Windows and Mac applications.
