It would be great if we are able to customize the Chat Transcript email.

Ideally, we would like to be able to add our own corporate branding by using Logo, customize footer/signature areas etc.

When a visitor sends the transcript to his email address, the transcript does NOT contain the time stamp of the messages. This should be added in the chat transcript.
