triggers that are different for new vs returning customers

I would like a fairly aggressive trigger for new customers, maybe a different one if they've been to the site 1-5 times, then no more triggers after they've been to the site 5 times. Or something to that effect. We're a business to business operation with an ecommerce site, i think returning customers will find the pop ups annoying. Perhaps this can be done with the IP addresses?

HI,

I agree. We went live fairly recently, and are seeing that when some one is looking for a tech document and are given the url, they often leave and come back. This in turn reactivates the trigger. So, is it possible to have a different trigger for returning customers or repeated ip's?

Thanks for your comments. At this moment we are redesigning the way invitations work. We plan to add additional invitation for returning customers.
