Hello,
Firstly, I have to say how impressed I am by the whole website & user experience after using the software for just a few hours. Definitely the best experience I've had with installation for as long as I can remember. Secondly, I am still undecided if I will signup for the product after my trial is over. A business like mine doesn't receive many visitors who use live chat, so it is not overly important. I feel $36 a month is a little much for using this service. I wish there was a 'lite' version for say $20 a month. I think a lot of people you would attract a lot more customer if the initial price was lower, especially as other companies are now selling a live chat script as a one off.
Still, your designers and whoever works on user experience deserve a medal. Still blown away by ease of use & design of product.
