Set up Goals to measure your LiveChat effectiveness. Just define the "Thank you" page in the online store displayed after the finished payment to know how LiveChat impacts sales of your product.

To start with, create a trigger that will automatically invite your customers to chat under some conditions.

Once your customers accept the invitation and start a chat using LiveChat, you should know how effective your live chat operators are.
The key goal of your team should be to lead the customer through your store to make a successful purchase.
Every time your customer reaches the "Thank you" page you will "tell" LiveChat that he made a purchase after the chat session. To do so, set up a goal like that:

From this moment LiveChat will start collecting statistics for this goal. After some time open the report assigned to your new goal:

You will see how effective your chat invitations are and how many of your customers successfully purchased your product after a conversation:

You can see that 10% of the customers that have been invited to chat made a successful purchase.
