Triggers - Setup the best way of personal engagement online

Hey!
Triggers huh? Sets of rules intended to snipe prospective clients, allure them into chatting with you, to close even more sales? We have them, we want you to set them up!

Triggers are sets of conditions that let you send your chat invitations in an automated way.

Just configure them once and the triggers will do the rest, boosting your invitations conversion rate and bringing more personalized content to your website visitors.

Choose the conditions

To start with, set up the conditions that will trigger your chat invitation. Here are just some examples of the conditions you can (and should!) make use of:

  • the visitor searched for customer support in Google and entered your website,
  • the visitor visited specific websites in order (for example: "Choose product » Confirmation » Payment"),
  • the visitor has spent more than 2 minutes on your website,
  • the visitor came to your page from another referring website.

You can mix the conditions together to reach the target visitor. For example, here is an advanced configuration of trigger conditions:

The above setting will target the website visitors that:

  • came to my website from a link on other-company.com site,
  • are browsing the English version of my website,
  • have already visited at least 5 pages of my website,
  • are currently viewing Contact or About page.

That's quite a bit of information you have about your website visitor. Thus, you can send them a personalized automatic invitation that – with high probability – the visitor will pay attention to.

So how to configure automatic invitations?
