Tracking code with Zendesk module

I tried to insert the tracking code under the global javascript widget however it didn't seem to work.

Welcome
You can place our monitoring code inside the zendesk module. Please visit: Settings > Extensions > Add widget > Global CSS
and after </style> tag place the code.
Then you will be able to see zendesk visitors in your application too.
