Specify auto/manual routing PER department

It would be good to be able to specify the automatic or manual routing depending on the department.

For support we could have it setup to automatically popup on their screens as there is only 1 tech logged in at any one time vs Sales where there are multiple techs logged in and may wish to accept requests based on whether or not they are available.
