Chat showing as offline even though I am online

I am logged into the chat program, assigned myself to all the departments, however it shows as all departments as "offline" on the chat window. What is going on here?

I am also logged to the chat program but still gets the offline-message. I also noticed that if I change the language settings nothing will be changed? Seems like it will only use english. I am using the joomla 1.6-plugin. Hope someone can help us fix this or tell us what we are doing wrong. Thanks!
I noticed this as well and then checked my work scheduler. I was testing this on a Sunday and couldn't figure out why I was always showing offline even though I was logged in. My work scheduler was set to have me not working on Sunday - so I made sure to check 'whole day' and that fixed the issue.
