Public beta of LiveChat for BlackBerry is available

First public beta version of LiveChat is now available & ready for download!
This is a change list for the current version of LiveChat for BlackBerry (0.4.3):
- Ability to interrupt the login process (the "Please wait" popup doesn't lock-up the terminal anymore)
- Improved touch screen and landscape layout support
- Writing messages in simultaneous sessions doesn't cause the notifications to popup unnecessarily
- Better performance on slower CPUs due to improved notification engine
- Usability fixes including better in-chat context menu
- Better run-in-background support
- The status and status description now changes between multiple sessions
- Improved customer message sneak-peek
- And many other bits and bites
The app is publicly available for download for free for any LiveChat operator.

Should you find any issues with the Beta BB App, please follow these steps.
BlackBerry error Reporting Procedure:
1)Close the LiveChat app on your mobile device <- IMPORTANT!
2)Hold 'alt' and press L G L G
3)Choose 'Copy Day's Contents' and paste it into your Support request E-mail
4)As an attachment in your Support Request E-mail use: /Device Memory/home/users/documents/LiveChatLog.txt
5)Issue the E-mail to support@livechatinc.com.
