am sad to share you one thing. Blackberry app not working with BB 9780. pls check and fix all problem as soon as possible

1)Close the LiveChat app on your mobile device <- IMPORTANT! 2)Hold 'alt' and press L G L G 3)Choose 'Copy Day's Contents' and paste it into your Support request E-mail 4)As an attachment in your Support Request E-mail use: /Device Memory/home/users/documents/LiveChatLog.txt 5)Issue the E-mail to support@livechatinc.com.

Abhil,
yesterday new version of the BlackBerry app was released. Did you try to update it?
I tried the new version of BlackBerry app at first look it works well and the interface is also great. But before i take a detailed look I have some queries.
1) is there any option to remove " Message sent from a mobile device" from client side bcos i dont find that quite usefull for business.
2) Will the Canned responses work in this app ??
3) is there any option to invite visitors to chat manually ??
This is one of the best i have come across so thanks a lot.

1. In our opinion it's good to know for the customers why there are some typos in the messages from the operator and why is the operator replying slower than usually - cause the operator is using the mobile device.
2. Definitely! One of the future releases will have the canned responses support implemented.
3. In the Visitors tab, click on the selected visitor to have him manually invited to chat.

In my opinion this option may not good for certain businesses. So i suggest there should be an option to disable it.

According to most of our customers, their website visitors appreciate the notification about the operator using the mobile device. This makes them more patient while awaiting operator reply.
What kind of businesses do you have on your mind?
I don't think we have similar request yet, would you mind adding it?
