You can pass variables straight from your database attaining ability to recognize “your own” user. May those be Names, E-mails – it’s up to you. It  There are no limits to what information you can add as a variable.Of course you’re not limited only to PHP.

To add custom fields to the tracking code visit the Control panel > Install > Get a code and open up the Advanced Settings. From that point on you will be able to add Custom Variables.
